Shipwrecked: Tang Treasures and Monsoon Winds

By Maggie Burnette Stogner on February 5, 2011

Presented by the Smithsonian’s Freer and Sackler Galleries, Shipwrecked: Tang Treasures and Monsoon Winds opens in Singapore in January 2011. This traveling exhibition includes a stunning display of artifacts from a 9th century shipwreck found in the Java Sea. Blue Bear Films produced five videos and a multilayered animated map for the exhibition, as well as a trailer and web content. The exhibition will debut at the Freer and Sackler Galleries in Washington, DC in 2012.
